Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) intends to develop Housing Scheme at Raiwind Road, Lahore Phase-II, consists of an area of about 355 to 400 kanals. Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) appointed the consultant for planning /designing of its Housing Scheme at Raiwind Road, Lahore (Phase-II). The feature of the society is that it is primarily developed as Farm Housing Units comprising of lush green open lawns, massive infrastructure of Water Supply, Sewerage, Water treatment Plants & Road Network

Scope of Services

  • Collection of all available data for the site and the project. 
  • Establishment of the needs and criteria for the proposed project. 
  •  Soil investigation of the area.  
  • Prepare preliminary designs and cost estimates. 
  • Prepare detailed designs, tender drawings, cost estimates bill of quantities, specifications and tender documents. 
  • for infra-structure facilities comprising of water supply system including overhead water tank and tube well, roads road structure, drainage, sewerage system including sewage disposal station treatment plant, solid waste disposal, storm water disposal etc. The study should include environmental characteristics, other utilities i.e electricity gas telecommunications, cables and public requirements places. 
  • Consultant shall provide design reports in respect all infrastructure facilities like Road, sewerage water supply and drainage etc. 
  • Preparation of detailed design of sewage disposal station treatment plant sufficient to cater the needs for the scheme.
