Rani Bagh, a historical recreational area in Hyderabad and Sindh, spans approximately 54 acres at the city center. The consultancy divided into three phases: Transaction Preparation, Bid Management, and Transaction Negotiation & Closing. The project aims to provide a top-tier urban green space and recreational facility in Hyderabad and Sindh, fostering community cohesion, environmental benefits, economic growth, and revenue generation for further social and economic projects.

Scope of Services

Conducted baseline surveys/studies, developed detailed master plan, and assessed feasibility.

Evaluated/prioritized options for project objectives, providing clear direction to the Government.

Collected data from relevant departments/agencies, including infrastructure assessment and ongoing litigations.

Prepared Detailed Master Plan and PPP Project Proposal for Rani Bagh development components.

Conducted institutional, legal, regulatory, technical, financial, market, and conceptual assessments

Developed a marketing strategy to sensitize potential investors for participation.

Assessed financial viability and analyzed PPP options.
