FUTURE LEADERS’ DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

We don’t merely recruit young talent, we engineer future leaders. Our FUTURE LEADERS’ DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS are deliberately structured into two distinct but complementary pathways designed to fast-track emerging professionals in a highly competitive landscape.

Management Trainee Engineer (MTE) Program

A 6-8 weeks structured program designed for recent graduates in civil, environmental, transportation, water, and geotechnical engineering. Includes:
1. Rotational assignmentsacross departments (design, supervision, project management).
2. Classroom trainingin project controls, HSE, quality, and compliance.
3. On-ground exposureat major infrastructure sites including dams, highways, and water supply systems.
4. MTEs are mentored by senior technical staffand assessed for permanent roles based on performance and cultural alignment.

Summer Internship Program

1. A 6–8 weeks immersive experience for engineering, planning, and management students from top institutions.
2. Work on live projects under the supervision of senior engineers and technical leads.
3. Participate in site visits, design reviews, and client meetings.
4. Wrap-up with a presentation and real-time feedback for development.
