STRIVE-Lead

Management Trainee Officers

We believe in building organizational resilience through structured talent pipelines. Our Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for Support Functions is a strategic 6–8-week development initiative, specifically curated for high-potential Fresh graduates in Human Resource, Digital Technology, Administration, Finance, and Accounts.

MTOs who demonstrate exceptional performance, initiative, and value alignment during the program are subjected to a formal Performance Appraisal and Talent Calibration Process.

Program Structure Highlights:

  • Departmental Rotations across core support units include HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, IT Services, Administrative Affairs, Financial Planning, and Corporate Accounting.
  • Targeted Training Modules covering organizational protocols in ERP Systems, Compliance & Governance, Payroll Management, Data Security, Policy Frameworks, and Budget Control.
  • Process Immersion Assignments that place trainees in real-time operational scenarios, emphasizing problem-solving, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Senior Leadership Mentoring, coupled with competency-based evaluations, to ensure functional readiness and cultural fit for long-term organizational integration.

    This is not a training exercise, it is a structured talent incubation mechanism. At RHC, we don’t just onboard support professionals, we nurture future enablers of enterprise performance and strategic scalability.

STRIVE-Tech

Young Engineers Training

A rigorous 6–8-week development program tailored for fresh graduates in Civil, Environmental, Transportation, Water, and Geotechnical Engineering.
Young Engineers who demonstrate exceptional performance, commitment, and alignment with RHC’s core values during the program undergo a formal Performance Appraisal Process.

Based on appraisal outcomes and strategic talent review by senior management, successful trainees are offered employment in designated departments, with tailored career tracks aligned to both organizational priorities and individual strengths.

The rotational experience of young Engineers offers:

  1. Departmental rotations across Design, Supervision, and Project Management units.
  2. Targeted learning modules in Project Controls, HSE, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Compliance.
  3. On-site immersion at signature infrastructure projects including dams, highways, and water supply systems.
  4. Mentorship by senior engineers and performance-based assessment for permanent roles aligned with technical competency and cultural fit.
