We believe in building organizational resilience through structured talent pipelines. Our Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for Support Functions is a strategic 6–8-week development initiative, specifically curated for high-potential Fresh graduates in Human Resource, Digital Technology, Administration, Finance, and Accounts.
MTOs who demonstrate exceptional performance, initiative, and value alignment during the program are subjected to a formal Performance Appraisal and Talent Calibration Process.
Program Structure Highlights:
A rigorous 6–8-week development program tailored for fresh graduates in Civil, Environmental, Transportation, Water, and Geotechnical Engineering.
Young Engineers who demonstrate exceptional performance, commitment, and alignment with RHC’s core values during the program undergo a formal Performance Appraisal Process.
Based on appraisal outcomes and strategic talent review by senior management, successful trainees are offered employment in designated departments, with tailored career tracks aligned to both organizational priorities and individual strengths.
