Responsible for conducting material testing on-site and in laboratories to ensure compliance with project specifications. GM Construction
The GM Construction will lead and oversee all site supervision activities across projects, ensuring adherence to RHC’s policies, SOPs, and construction manuals. This senior role requires constant coordination with clients, Project Managers, and supervision teams to monitor site progress, resolve challenges, and facilitate timely decision-making. Key responsibilities include ensuring contractor compliance with drawings and contractual obligations, managing technical correspondence, and reviewing critical project documentation. The position is responsible for certifying contractor invoices and claims, supporting RHC’s invoicing and financial management, conducting site inspections, enforcing quality assurance and HSE standards, and managing staff deployment. The GM Construction also collaborates with HR for manpower planning and represents the site supervision function in client and high-level meetings, ensuring effective project handovers and close-outs.

Financial Controller
The Financial Controller will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management. With 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in engineering consultancy or construction, the role involves developing project revenue and cost forecasts, analyzing technical vs. financial progress, and preparing accrual-based financial statements. The Financial Controller will also collaborate with Project Managers to create project budgets and ensure timely invoicing and receivables management. Additionally, the role includes leading the implementation of the Odoo-17 ERP system for real-time financial tracking and reporting. The ideal candidate will also drive process improvements, ensuring efficient financial operations within the organization.
