Design & Documentation

Preparation of detailed designs, drawings, specifications, and bidding documents. Documentation meets regulatory, donor, and technical standards, ensuring constructability, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with long-term operational goals.

Project Management

Managing projects through all phases—initiation, planning, execution, and closure—using global methodology (PMBOK) and tools like Primavera P6 and Power BI. Services include scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and risk management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.

Contract Management

Contract lifecycle services covering bid evaluation, award, and post-award administration—ensuring alignment with procurement regulations, donor requirements, and project objectives. Services include performance monitoring and contractual oversight, with provisions for managing claims or resolving disputes when necessary

Implementation Support

Technical assistance and field-level coordination during execution, including resident supervision of construction activities, quality checks, and progress tracking using SOPs and Checklists. Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

Third Party Validation

Environmental Compliance Monitoring

Continuous tracking of project activities against approved Environmental Management Plans (EMPs) and regulatory standards. Monitoring includes site inspections, data collection, and reporting using GIS, checklists, and risk-based methodologies to ensure adherence to environmental commitments.

Safeguard Documents & Assessment Studies – Capacity Building

Preparation of environmental and social safeguard documents such as EIA, SIA, RAP, and EMP in line with requirements of development partners (ADB, World Bank, USAID, and others). Services also include training and institutional strengthening to improve compliance and implementation capacity.
