The four-story Water Resources Building, is the exclusive state of the art assignment of this project covering 150,000 square feet, includes Architecture, Structural, Electrical, HVAC, Firefighting, Fire Protection System design, Water Supply, Sewerage, Roads, Landscaping and incorporation of advance IT features, emphasizing the accessibility and inclusivity of the building. The will act as data center and control room to monitor the discharge, rainfall and climate data from the Automatic Weather Stations installed at critical and important locations on all 18 river basins of the Balochistan.

Scope of Services

Perform site surveys and geotechnical investigations.

Analyze technical requirements and constraints.

Develop comprehensive engineering plans and specifications.

Utilize CAD software for detailed design drafting.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Develop project schedules and budgets.

Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment.

Supervise construction of the facility and installation of the procured equipment for the effective operation of the facility, and ensure that it conforms to the specifications, drawings, standards, and plans and is consistent with the Employer’s requirements.

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.

Document project milestones, challenges, and resolutions.

Maintain thorough records for accountability and future reference.
