Dr. Akhtar Iqbal

With 18 years of experience in Water Resources, Dams, and Hydropower design, he leads geotechnical and multidisciplinary teams at RHC. His expertise spans ECRDs, CFRDs, and earth-filled dams, ensuring design excellence on complex infrastructure. Notable contributions include Machalgho Dam in Afghanistan and Mohmand Dam—Pakistan’s tallest CFRD.
